250g Self raising flour
150g White sugar
150g Brown sugar (or Soft brown sugar)
100g Butter
3 Eggs
1tbs Stroh Rum

How to:
Beat butter and sugars together then add eggs
Add flour into the mixture and mix well (medium speed)
Add the rum into the dough and mix well (low speed)
Leave the dough for 15 – 30 mins
Warm the waffle iron (according to the instruction of the machine)
Scoop the dough on to the waffle iron and bake until cooked (according to the instruction of the machine)
Best served with icing sugar, berries and ice cream on the side
